Someone explain to me the point of a promise ring. I have always found it to be a ridiculous idea. The reason I bring it up is that my friend was just given one but yet her boyfriend is peculiar about her spending time with her guy friends. If you care for her so much, shouldn’t you trust her enough to let her spend time with friends of the opposite sex? Or are you just too insecure?
